Most wine lovers believe that this is the best Shiraz produced in Cyprus. It gives a full-bodied, velvety flavoured wine with great intensity & a long lasting aftertaste. The wine is almost black in colour. Aromatically, it is very rich in fruits of the forest, black cherry & blackberry, enhanced with chocolate, vanilla & smokiness from the ageing in French oak for up to 9 months. A well-balanced, complex example of Cyprus shiraz. Good ageing potential.
