Wine from only the best estate vineyards with a low yield per hectare & an emphasis on typical characteristics of Merlot & the region of Pangeon. Aged in new French oak barrels before continuing in the winery’s cellars, for release 10 years after production. The wine is a dense ruby colour with aromas of red fruit, alternating harmoniously with notes of cedar, spices, vanilla, dark chocolate & nutmeg. Rich mouth-feel with generous, robust tannins, good structure & long, elegant finish. Recommended to decant.
