Hand harvested grapes from the clay soil estate vineyards in Negrar. Made from 100% dried grapes raised in a drying room for 3 ½ months. Long slow fermentation of 1 month before 36 months in oak. Pronounced aromas of ripe dark-berried fruit, figs & the sweet spice of oak in the background. Full bodied, supple tannins & a smooth texture.
