The color is bright, deep, clear ruby-red. On the nose it is dense with strength & power. Aromas are focused on the red fruit such as morello, red fruits, blackberries, plums, spices, a metallic tone, vanilla, accented acidity, ripe tannins, plethoric mouth. Fermented in stainless steel with full malolactic fermentation in oak, maturation in new French barriques for 12 months & then in bottle for a further 6 months.
